Every person in your organisation is assigned a separate user account to the Dashboard, with access rights tailored to their needs and responsibilities. This guide explains how to activate your account. If you face any difficulties, please contact the Admin of your organisation or our Support Team.
Reset your password before first login
When your Dashboard account is created, a system-generated password is automatically assigned to it. You need to reset it to activate your account:
-
Find the email in your inbox with the password reset link and click on it.
-
Input a new password for your Dashboard account.
-
If your selection doesn't meet the minimum security requirements, you will be guided by the appropriate error message.
-
For your safety, we recommend using a strong password. To store more complex passwords safely, you can use a password manager such as Bitwarden, LastPass, or 1Password.
-
You can now use your new password to log in to the Dashboard.
Your login information should not be shared with anybody or stored in a place accessible to other people. Otherwise, a malicious party may impersonate you and perform actions that severely damage you and your organisation.
Requesting a new password reset link
For the security of your account, the password reset link is set to expire. If you attempt to use an expired link to change your password, the system will not allow it. In such a case, you need to:
-
Open the Dashboard login page.
-
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
-
Input your email address.
If you forget your password once your account is active, follow the same steps. You can also change your password at any time from the user menu → Settings once logged in.
Two-factor authentication
For the safety and integrity of the funds managed by your organisation, you need to verify your identity to complete sensitive operations in the Dashboard. This is achieved via Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from a mobile device.
When your account is created, 2FA is not enabled, so you can log in by inputting your email and password only — but your access remains view-only until you enable 2FA from the user menu → Settings.
