Welcome to Naewe

Naewe provides a comprehensive suite of tools to manage cryptocurrency payments. Whether you need to accept payments from end-users, settle with business partners, or manage your corporate treasury, the Naewe Dashboard acts as your central command centre.

This documentation guides you through every stage of the process — from setting up your first Business entity to reconciling complex transaction ledgers.

Finding your way around the Dashboard

The Dashboard is organised around a sidebar and a Create menu in the top bar:

  • Overview — a high-level summary of your balances and activity.

  • Businesses — your Business entities and their configuration.

  • Transactions — all records by type: crypto payments, crypto deposits, crypto withdrawals, fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, balance conversions, and internal transfers.

  • Bank accounts — the bank accounts registered for fiat transfers.

  • Saved addresses — trusted crypto payout addresses (previously "whitelisted addresses").

  • Reports — balance confirmation and the transaction ledger.

  • Security — users, roles, API keys, and withdrawal approval rules.

  • Create menu (top bar) — start any transaction from anywhere: crypto payment, crypto withdrawal, fiat deposit, fiat withdrawal, balance conversion, or internal transfer.

Personal settings — password and two-factor authentication — live in the user menu → Settings.

What you can do with Naewe

The platform bridges the gap between traditional fiat banking and the blockchain economy. Here is a high-level overview of the core capabilities.

Accept crypto payments (deposits)

Enable your end-users or B2B partners to transfer cryptocurrency to you 24/7 by creating crypto payments — payment links.

  • One-time payments: Ideal for e-commerce checkouts or single B2C transactions. These links expire after a time you set, to ensure rate accuracy.

  • Reusable payments: Permanent addresses ideal for B2B partners who need to send you funds repeatedly without generating a new link every time.

  • Smart conversion: Automatically convert incoming crypto deposits into your preferred settlement currency.

Send crypto payouts (withdrawals)

Issue payouts in cryptocurrency to external wallets.

  • Flexible funding: Withdrawals can be funded from either your crypto balances or your fiat balances.

  • Saved addresses: Enhance security by saving trusted beneficiary addresses with business context (labels).

  • Approval rules: Optionally require authorised colleagues to approve withdrawals before execution.

Manage fiat & liquidity

Move between the crypto and fiat worlds using our banking infrastructure.

  • Crypto-to-fiat off-ramp: Convert your crypto earnings into fiat and withdraw them to your own bank account.

  • Fiat-to-crypto on-ramp: Deposit fiat via bank transfer to top up your balance, ensuring you have liquidity for crypto payouts.

Organisation management

  • Multi-entity setup: Create distinct Business entities to separate brands, or to keep B2B and B2C flows distinct.

  • Role-based access: Assign strict roles so team members only access what they need.
